It is secured by a 7-year lease to Creative Technology Live Events, an international production company specializing in tele-production and television broadcasting services.

Both properties were acquired upon completion of construction in 2020, with the primary objective of providing steady and recurring income streams for unit holders. The Trust distributes surplus income from these properties to unit holders on a quarterly basis, ensuring consistent returns.
