• aggregates publicly available property data
• is not a real estate agency unless expressly stated
• does not act for vendors unless expressly stated

We do not guarantee the availability of any property.

3. No agency relationship

Nothing on the Platform creates:

• an agency relationship
• a brokerage relationship
• vendor representation
• buyer representation

Users must contact the listing agent directly for all property matters.

4. Property information

Property information:

• is compiled from third-party and public sources
• is provided for general information only
• may change without notice
• may contain errors or omissions

Users must make their own enquiries and rely on their own investigations.

5. Intellectual property

Platform ownership
All Platform content (excluding third-party listing material) is owned by or licensed to us.

Third-party property material
Property listings may include material supplied by third parties or via publicly accessible sources.
All trademarks, images and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Permitted use

You may use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes only.

You must not:

• scrape or harvest data at scale
• use bots or automated extraction

• attempt to interfere with the Platform

7. User submissions

If you submit information to us, you warrant that:

• you have the right to submit it
• it is accurate
• it does not infringe third-party rights

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use submitted content for platform operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we exclude all warranties not expressly stated
• we are not liable for property decisions made using the Platform
• we are not liable for inaccuracies in third-party data
• we are not liable for loss of opportunity, profit or data

Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Termination

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
