9. Content Update and Review Requests

Quiet Listings operates as an independent property information and discovery platform that compiles and presents publicly available property information for general market transparency and search functionality.

We recognise that listing agents and rights holders may from time to time wish to request updates to how their listings appear on the Platform.

Use of factual property data

To the extent permitted by law:

  • factual property information (including address, suburb, price indicators, property features and similar objective data) may be displayed by the Platform where derived from publicly available sources; and
  • the inclusion of such factual information does not of itself imply any affiliation, endorsement or agency relationship with the listing agency.

The Platform does not rely on direct CRM feeds from individual agencies unless expressly stated.

Requests for review or correction

If you are a listing agent, vendor representative or authorised rights holder and believe that specific content requires review (for example, due to inaccuracy, currency or rights concerns), you may submit a Content Update Request to:

To assist efficient review, requests should include:

  • the property address or URL
  • your agency name and authority
  • the specific element you seek reviewed
  • the reason for the request
  • the preferred amendment (if applicable)
Our review approach

Upon receipt of a properly substantiated request, we will:

  • review the information in good faith;
  • consider whether any factual corrections or updates are appropriate; and
  • where warranted, update or modify the relevant content within a reasonable timeframe.

While we aim to act cooperatively with industry participants, the Platform does not guarantee removal of content that consists solely of publicly available factual property information, where its publication is lawful.
