“Bellview” is an exceptionally well-watered breeding property that has undergone a significant improvement plan over the past four and a half years. Located on Narbethong Road, it is conveniently positioned 95 km from Blackall, 42 km from Jericho, and 79 km from Barcaldine.

The property comprises approximately 15,393.44 hectares (38,021.18 acres) of leasehold grazing country. The land features red loamy soils and native timber species including Broad Leaf Iron Bark, Bloodwood, Lancewood, Box, Yellow Jacket, Cypress, and Wattle.

Fencing is well established, dividing the property into 11 paddocks with 4 holding paddocks situated near the homestead and yards. A laneway of about 4.5 kilometres facilitates easy mustering to the yards. The fencing mainly consists of steel posts and four barbs, with approximately 26 km of new fencing completed in recent years.

Water resources are abundant, with three bores equipped with electric submersible and solar-powered pressure pumps.
