Water management is supported by a 395 megaliter Water Licence (83724R) within the Central Condamine Alluvium Groundwater Management Area. Irrigation water storage is distributed across the property with Bon Eden having a reservoir of 440 megaliters and a sump of 40 megaliters, while The Bills has a reservoir of 1,720 megaliters and a sump of 40 megaliters.

  • Bores on the property include the Bon Eden Tecco Electric Bethune Pump and the Bon Eden Kelco Electric 5-inch submersible pump.

Infrastructure on the property is comprehensive. Bon Eden includes grain storage with four 134-tonne and two 100-tonne grain silos, three pump sites, a manager's residence with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, shedding, a 95 square meter machinery shed, a 195 square meter powered workshop, and a 95 square meter bulk shed.

West Meadows features shedding, a machinery shed, a 22,500-liter rainwater tank, and 304 square meters of additional facilities. The Bills includes five pump sites, and Keeleys Block is equipped with irrigation infrastructure including a lateral irrigator.
