Bunbartha includes a central workshop and various implement sheds, with potential for additional infrastructure such as a 4-bedroom home, warehouse, cafe, and office through secondary negotiation. The Nathalia site comprises warehousing, workshops, ancillary sheds, and a two-story 4-bedroom manager's residence. The Coomboona sites provide significant storage infrastructure, implement sheds, and other ancillary buildings.

Each orchard is equipped with extensive trellis systems, utilizing both drape and fixed Frustar gable netting on select high-value blocks to protect the crops and optimize production.
